CANCELLATION POLICY

At Lankify, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

01.  General Cancellation Policy

📘 Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
📘 Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
📘 Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour are non-refundable.

02.  No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your booking, no refund will be provided.

03.  Changes to Bookings

📘 Requests for date changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
📘 Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

04.  Refund Processing

📘 Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
📘 Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

05.  Cancellation by Lankify

If we need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues), you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
